SOME AMENDED RULE TO ALL EUROPEAN LEAGUES BY International Football  Association Board (IFAB) applicable to 2016/2017 season.

1. The ball no longer has to travel forward at kicks-off, effectively meaning an attacking player no longer needs to break the law by standing in the opponents’ half to receive the ball.(they can pass alone as it happened at Euro2016: see d attached photo).

2. A fourth substitution will now be permitted during extra-time in the FA Cup from the quarter-finals onwards.

3. Hands and arms are no longer considered in offside decisions.

4. The toss of a coin rather than the referee’s discretion will determine the end at which a penalty shoot-out takes place. (It was employed at Euro2016).

5. Shoot-out teams must always have the same number of players (so that a team with fewer takers does not benefit from their best finishers having a second bash).

6. No contact will be required on violent conduct for a player to be dismissed.

6. A fouled player requiring minor treatment may now stay on the pitch.

7. Red cards can now be handed out before the start of play, but a substitute may take the place of the dismissed player.
